IF YOUR PACKAGE HAS BEEN SENT BACK DUE TO AN INCORRECT ADDRESS(RETURN TO SENDER/FAILED
DELIVERY, OR REFUSED BY THE CUSTOMER AT THE OF BEING ATTEMPTED TO BE DELIVERED, THIS WILL RETURN TO OUR WAREHOUSE, AND THE BUYER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGES TO REMAIL YOUR PACKAGES.
IN THE CASE THAT YOUR ITEMS HAS BEEN DAMAGED OR LOST. YOU WOULD NEED TO REACH OUT TO THE CARRIER THAT WAS USED TO SHIP YOUR ITEMS DIRECTLY TO GO ABOUT FILING A CLAIM.
